We are assisting the guests from the time that they arrive to the time of their departure, through a Check-In and Check-Out procedure. An EasyGuester will welcome the clients at the apartment and provide a property tour. They will remain available during the entirety of the stay.

CLEANING & HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT

EASYGUESTS  offers the possibility to access cleaning and linens services. An Easyguester will come clean the apartment prior the clients’ arrival and right after their departure to make sure it is always neat. A linen service will provide fresh towels to the clients to make their stay the most comfortable and convenient possible

TRANSPORTATION

Before arrival and departure, clients can notify EASYGUESTS  and we will do the necessary to have a Taxi or an Uber to pick/drop them off at the airport, in order to facilitate their access to the apartment. If they wish to use these services during their stay, we would make the necessary arrangements in order for them to move freely throughout the city.

PRICING OPTIMIZATION

For apartment owners that wish to list their property, we have an algorithm that is giving us the exact price estimate depending on the location of the apartment. The owners will benefit from an updated price on a daily basis that will help them secure more bookings.
